horseshowtime.com is powered by It's ShowTime! software - the industry leader in professional quality horse show management software.  It's intuitive and easy to use interface and rich set of features has made it the choice of professional show secretaries and show managers throughout the United States and Canada.

It's ShowTime! was originally developed in January of 1999 and has continuously grown and improved as a result of suggestions and requests for program modifications from our valued client base.   A convenient graphical user interface allows for quick creation of class and division lists, point schemes, and ring schedules.

It's ShowTime! easily accommodates everything from the smallest backyard schooling show to the largest rated shows and readily manages a wide variety of horse shows including but not limited to hunter jumper shows, dressage shows, western shows, mule and driving shows, and state and county fairs.

Online Entry allows exhibitors to enter a show via the Internet.   Online entries can then be downloaded and automatically integrated into the show database simply by supplying a show number.

Online Add/Scratch allows exhibitors to add and scratch classes via the Internet.   Online Adds and Scratches can then be downloaded and automatically integrated into the show database.

Online Class Signup allows exhibitors to choose their ride times from an online list of available time slots and provides a ring ready report for download.

Horses and exhibitors can be automatically checked against the online Equine Canada membership and identification database and the online USEF membership and identification database and daily suspension list.

Horse show results and horse show schedules including order of go and class schedules can be sent electronically for instant posting on the Internet.

Horse show results can be custom formatted to meet the requirements of any reporting organization and Equine Canada results can be sent electronically.

It's ShowTime! processes show entries, early show entry discounts, late show entry fees, show scratches, class adds and scratches, division discounts, early class entry discounts and late class entry fees and performs all show bookkeeping chores including organization non-member fees, customized charges and payments, and year end 1099s.

It's ShowTime! processes results, determines show champion by class or division and determines series champion by division across multiple shows by horse and owner, horse and rider, rider, horse, trainer, money, or score.   It's ShowTime! computes order of go with or without ride times and can cancel, combine, and split classes.   High Point for any combination of classes across any number of shows can be determined by horse and owner, horse and rider, rider, horse, trainer, money, score, rider age, or rider or owner organization.

Any number of exhibitor terminals may be configured.

Getting Started
If you'd like to try the program using a free sample show to test drive, please email Claudia or Stefan and we'll reply with install instructions. Once you decide that you would like to use the program for a show, use the Internet Add Show menu item within the program. The Add Show will take you to a web page where you can fill in important information about your show so that we can add your show to our schedule and make your show file to send to you. Please remember that entries on the Add Show web page are imported directly into our database, so spelling and neatness count. If you are a new user of the program we will gladly set up your first show for you. This enables us to know your needs better, and limits the risk of a set up error causing trouble at your first show. Please send your show information in electronic format (pdf, document or spreadsheet files). If your show information is on a web site, please simply send us a link to the site. We cannot work from scanned documents.
